Architra aims to invest in the design, implementation and management of sustainable programmes and processes; and is committed to understanding, monitoring and managing the impact of these social, environmental and economic programmes to enable us to contribute to the larger goals of sustainable development.
This commitment is deeply ingrained in our core values and we aim to demonstrate these responsibilities through our actions and within our corporate policies. In order to realise the needed impact of our CSR, we have developed programme themes in line with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) — the pillars of our CSR interventions.
Protect Life Under Water
Architra believes in the protection of nature and natural resources in line with Goal 14 of the SDGs. Nature protection is an integral part of the holistic development process. It is for this reason that we are determined to make our people and communities realise the need to treat the natural habitats under water with a purpose of urgency.
Good Health & Wellbeing
To complement our efforts to ensure the delivery of the tools to help solve community problems is the promotion of healthy lives and well-being for all. This effort is equally critical to sustainable development in ensuring life expectancy is increased. This is in line with Goal 3 of the SDGs.
Quality Education
Architra believes access to inclusive quality education is the needed foundation to create sustainable development. We invest in access to quality education at all levels and help increase enrolment rates in schools, particularly for women and girls. Our policy is in line with Goal 4 of the SDGs.
