ESG at the Core

Sustainability

We aspire to improve and sustain the quality of life of our people and communities. We also bring on board innovation benchmarks such as Future-Fit solutions, ESG, Just Transition and Sustainable Stakeholder Return in our dealings with our partners.

We are committed to a work environment in which all individuals are treated with respect and dignity. We encourage all individuals to have the right to work in a professional atmosphere that promotes equal employment opportunities and prohibits discriminatory practices, including harassment.

Therefore, we expect that all relationships among persons in the workplace will be professional and free of bias, prejudice and harassment.

Commitment Framework

Architra also brings on board the development of climate-related risks and opportunities to inform operational and financial planning.

  • We promote the use of various standardisations and ethical codes for ourselves and our partners, and lead all efforts towards sustainability.
  • Manage ESG performance measurement and reporting with the same standards as regulatory compliance protocols.
  • Integrate ESG analytics into the company’s financial reporting infrastructure.
  • Strive to reduce carbon emissions among stakeholders, encourage low carbon materials, encourage the development of sustainable construction models and reduce our energy consumption.
Implementation

Architra shall use its ESG performance to better position itself to access sustainable factors of production:

  • Develop the company’s understanding of sustainable financial products and identify those best aligned with company needs and project specifics.
  • Leverage the company’s ESG story and performance into financing strategy and communication plans to create more brand awareness.
  • Advocate for and lead the integration of financial and non-financial reporting.
  • Apply best practice reporting frameworks and develop an ESG reporting baseline that can be built upon when regulations are introduced.
  • Engage with regulators and standard setters on emerging requirements.
